From opera production to tour booking and management, from artists' promotion to festival organisation, from looking after young musicians and youth orchestras to advising worldwide established stars, Françoise Clerc has established herself as one of the foremost experts in the field.
Based in London since 2004, Françoise has worked as a producer, artist manager and tour manager for the last 20 years. She has been involved with the major theatres and festivals in France such as Theâtre du Châtelet (Paris), Festival International d'Art Lyrique d'Aix-en-Provence, IMG Artists and Théâtre National de l'Odéon (Paris). In 2005, Françoise launched No Time To Do It Myself (NTTDIM) offering a wide range of services for musicians in London. From 2005 to 2009, Françoise was administrator of the Festival de Valloires, the brainchild and highly successful Festival of BBC Radio 3 Editor Adam Gatehouse. This prestigious festival attracted some of the most celebrated names in classical music such as Dame Felicity Lott, Imogen Cooper, Angela Hewitt, Mark Padmore, and the Takacs and Belcea Quartet. Since September 2010, Françoise is also in charge of classical and contemporary music for the French Embassy and French Institute in London. Her experience is unrivalled in tour and event organization, logistics, and budgeting.
